Sanyeong Agricultural Solutions is seeking a skilled Drone Technician and Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various types of agricultural drones and UAS to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety compliance, and technical proficiency.
- Develop and implement improved workflows for drone operations and maintenance to increase efficiency.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to verify airworthiness and safety compliance.
- Provide professional technical support and guidance to internal teams and external customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance logs, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with management to troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Drone Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or in UAV support roles.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety standards, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites in Raub, Pahang.
