Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Respond immediately to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all building equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage maintenance logs, inventory, and technical documentation
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or building management
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance reporting
