Join our team as an Electrical & Electronic Site Supervisor and play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity of poultry facilities. This critical position requires hands-on leadership in electrical systems management, ensuring all wiring, power distribution, and maintenance activities adhere to industry standards. You'll oversee complex electrical infrastructure in demanding agricultural environments while maintaining strict compliance with TNB and Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contractor management, cost control, and proactive system optimization to prevent costly downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all electrical maintenance activities including wiring, power systems, and equipment installations in poultry plants/farms
- Manage electrical contractors to ensure work quality, safety standards, and timely project completion
- Monitor electrical project budgets and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality
- Ensure full compliance with TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) and ST (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) regulations
- Conduct regular electrical system inspections and audits to identify hazards and prevent failures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with plant operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical schematics, maintenance logs, and compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in industrial/agricultural settings
- Valid Grade A or B Wireman License from relevant Malaysian authorities
- Proven track record in managing electrical contractors and project budgets
- In-depth knowledge of TNB/ST compliance requirements and electrical safety standards
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems and power distribution issues
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams and contractors
