Grammar Electrical is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will provide essential support to our tendering processes and ensure financial accuracy across various electrical projects. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to interpret complex electrical specifications, prepare detailed cost estimates, and manage project budgets effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) and ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and evaluate electrical tenders, including detailed cost analysis and risk assessment.
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical works and sub-contracts.
- Monitor project expenditures against the budget and provide timely variance reports.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare progress claims and payment applications for project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and material requirements.
- Ensure all QS documentation complies with local building codes and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Quantity Surveying or construction cost management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions for financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
