Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator/escalator malfunctions using technical manuals and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service schedules and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with building managers and users regarding system status and maintenance updates
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations during all operations
- Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and system performance reports
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and urgent service requests
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator or escalator maintenance/repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and coordinate with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical user interactions
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to thorough task completion
- Relevant technical certification (e.g., elevator technician license) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
