Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of emerging talent programs including recruitment campaigns for graduates/interns across APAC
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies targeting top-tier university candidates and early-career professionals
- Coordinate stakeholder collaboration across departments to align talent initiatives with business objectives
- Design and implement onboarding frameworks to ensure seamless integration of new talent
- Analyze recruitment metrics and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate talent pipeline data and generate actionable reports for leadership
- Support employer branding initiatives through campus partnerships and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in talent acquisition or program management (fresh graduates with internship experience encouraged)
- Strong understanding of APAC talent market dynamics and recruitment trends
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of talent development frameworks and early-career program design
