By partnering with department leaders, you'll provide guidance on sensitive HR matters, implement effective conflict resolution strategies, and champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining Sobida Motors' reputation as an employer of choice in the automotive industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage employee relations cases from intake to resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints, harassment claims, and policy violations
  • Advise managers on progressive discipline, performance improvement, and conflict de-escalation
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies aligned with Philippine labor laws
  • Mediate disputes between employees and leadership to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Facilitate training sessions on workplace conduct, diversity, and respectful communication
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations activities and investigations
  • Collaborate with HRBP team to address systemic issues affecting employee satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of employee relations experience in a corporate setting
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to conduct impartial investigations and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong mediation and conflict resolution skills with emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
