We are currently seeking a dedicated Employee Services Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our employees receive exceptional support and have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality HR services, acting as the bridge between the workforce and the HR department. You will manage day-to-day employee inquiries, assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general services.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Assist with payroll support and resolve payroll-related questions efficiently.
- Facilitate HR program administration, such as training sessions and performance management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Services or HR Generalist role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
