Join Trust Hardware Philippines as an Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor and lead the operational excellence of our facilities in Davao City. This pivotal role oversees the entire maintenance lifecycle, ensuring all building systems operate at peak efficiency while minimizing downtime and operational risks. You'll spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize maintenance workflows, implement preventive protocols, and drive cost-effective solutions across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your leadership will directly impact productivity by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for all building facilities and production equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize asset lifespan
- Lead a team of technicians through task delegation, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and procurement of spare parts
- Investigate and resolve complex technical failures using diagnostic tools and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and system upgrades
- Generate maintenance reports and KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years progressive maintenance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) or maintenance methodologies preferred
- Strong proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance planning tools
- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Expert knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial machinery
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and vendor contracts
