Tanggung Jawab
- Provide engineering support to the Operations team to ensure smooth production activities
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including engineering drawings and specifications
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions
- Assist in the preparation of engineering reports and data analysis
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure engineering requirements are met
- Participate in engineering projects as assigned by the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all engineering activities
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
