Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all engineering functions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that enhance operational efficiency and safety
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions
- Monitor and maintain the engineering integrity of LPG operations and facilities
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices
- Prepare and manage engineering budgets and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC license required)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the LPG or energy sector
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
