We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager (Civil) to lead our infrastructure and civil engineering projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing civil infrastructure and projects specifically tailored for plants and farms, ensuring operational excellence and structural integrity across all sites in Malaysia.
As the Engineering Manager, you will drive cost controls, manage contractor sourcing, and oversee structural maintenance activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all civil infrastructure projects, including site preparation, foundations, and building construction for plants and farms.
- Drive cost control measures and ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timeline.
- Source, evaluate, and manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians to foster professional growth and project success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk management strategies and resource allocation.
- Ensure all structural maintenance activities are performed timely and effectively to prevent operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar Engineering Manager or Senior Civil Engineer role, preferably within the plant, farm, or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, civil engineering standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for effective contractor management.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, MSIA) is a plus.
- Valid Engineer's License (Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia) is highly desirable.
