Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineers to build a robust talent pool.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with company goals and project timelines.
- Conduct technical interviews, evaluate competencies, and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify skill gaps and staffing requirements for US-based initiatives.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and professional networks.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering management, talent acquisition, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and US industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
