- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs to minimize service interruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventories.
- Ensure full compliance with all local safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other engineering departments to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment and systems as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
- Valid WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) or relevant trade certificates.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
