Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of semiconductor fabrication equipment
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maximize uptime
- Liaise with equipment vendors for technical support, spare parts procurement, and service coordination
- Document maintenance activities, equipment logs, and performance reports per ISO standards
- Collaborate with process engineers to optimize equipment parameters and improve yield
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations in semiconductor manufacturing environments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or manufacturing support
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition)
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration and vendor interactions
- Cleanroom certification and experience working in controlled environments
