- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for various construction projects.
- Review and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify material quantities, progress, and actual costs.
- Prepare regular financial reports, variance analyses, and invoices for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve cost-related issues and optimize material procurement.
- Update and maintain project databases and cost tracking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction materials, methods, and pricing structures.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel) and CAD basics.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
