As an Ethics and Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our reputation and ensuring compliance with global regulations. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed ethical practices into our business operations. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance risks, conducting investigations into potential policy violations, and developing comprehensive training programs. Your work will directly impact how we build and scale products responsibly, ensuring we maintain trust with our users and stakeholders worldwide.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess compliance risks related to business operations and product development.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into potential Code of Conduct violations.
- Develop and deliver engaging ethics training programs to increase awareness across the organization.
- Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other departments to resolve complex ethical issues.
- Provide guidance and support to management regarding compliance matters and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and educate others.
