We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our growing chain of coffee shops, including the flagship store in Surakarta and the Seroja branch. As a Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our outlets run smoothly, providing a safe and pleasant environment for both our employees and customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all outlet facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee routine facility inspections to identify potential safety hazards or structural issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Optimize utility consumption (water and electricity) to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and fire safety standards.
- Manage inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and external service providers.
- Willingness to travel between outlets in Surakarta and surrounding areas.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and safety regulations.
