You'll oversee the maintenance of critical building systems, including electrical infrastructure and ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), while managing both internal teams and external contractors to deliver optimal performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead maintenance operations for electrical systems, ACMV equipment, and building infrastructure
- Manage and mentor maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for facility assets
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate emergency repairs and system troubleshooting across facilities
- Optimize facility operations through energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and budgetary recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, electrical circuits, and building automation
- Certification in safety management (e.g., WSH, NEBOSH) preferred
- Proven experience managing teams and external contractors
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
