Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Manage facility-related projects including renovations, expansions, and safety upgrades
- Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements for facility services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for facility incidents
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Manage maintenance inventory and budget control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness for site inspections
