We offer a competitive salary range of $2,600 to $3,300 per month, along with attractive benefits including AWS (Allowance for Work on Saturdays), VB (Variable Bonus), and overtime opportunities. Additionally, our employees receive an annual company bonus as recognition of their contributions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety equipment
- Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain facility equipment and machinery
- Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., electrical, HVAC) is advantageous
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license may be required for facility visits
