- Oversee the design, installation, and implementation of the maintenance program for all swine facilities and farm infrastructure.
- Manage and inspect farm buildings, equipment, and utility systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during maintenance activities.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of maintenance technicians and farm staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular equipment audits and preventative maintenance checks to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Manage inventory for spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for urgent repairs.
- Collaborate with production and operations departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in farm maintenance, agricultural engineering, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of swine farm operations and facility management systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, sound decisions in the field.
- Willingness to work in a rural setting and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
