Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and report on Halal and food safety issues to relevant authorities and management.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the repair and renovation of farm buildings and support structures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update asset records.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Proven experience in farm maintenance or food manufacturing facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and Halal certification requirements is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and varied farm environments.
- Valid Driver's License.
