Join BFI Finance Indonesia's dynamic team as a Field Collection Officer based in Paser, East Kalimantan. This critical role involves implementing individualized collection strategies to recover outstanding loans while maintaining positive customer relationships. You'll be the face of our credit recovery efforts, conducting in-person negotiations and providing tailored solutions to resolve payment delinquencies. The position requires proactive field visits, meticulous documentation, and strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute personalized collection strategies through field visits and direct customer engagement
- Conduct face-to-face negotiations to resolve overdue accounts and establish repayment plans
- Document all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment arrangements in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless credit recovery processes
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial industry regulations
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate complex cases to senior management
- Prepare weekly/monthly collection performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK equivalent) with preference for finance/banking background
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A and SIM C)
- Personal vehicle availability for field operations
- Minimum 1 year experience in collections or customer service roles
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of credit management principles
