Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with company objectives and industry best practices
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions
- Deliver engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training for field sales representatives
- Develop and maintain training materials including e-learning modules, job aids, and performance support tools
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and adjust programs based on performance data
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create succession plans and talent development pathways
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging sales technologies to maintain competitive training advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training with 2+ years in leadership/management role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs in healthcare or B2B sales
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance measurement
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences through various delivery methods
- Experience with LMS platforms and training technology implementation
- Excellent analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable training strategies
