Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of semiconductor application equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mechanical failures to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules and calibration procedures to meet stringent industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to provide technical feedback and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions in detailed reports.
- Provide technical training and guidance to clients regarding equipment operation and best practices.
- Travel to various client sites within the designated region as required for field support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Field Service Engineering or a similar technical support role within the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specifically application machinery.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and cleanroom environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to diagnose technical faults effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
