We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance BIM Modeller to support the technical documentation and design process at Lum Chang Building Contractors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for constructing high-precision 3D models and preparing comprehensive shop drawings. These essential documents will be submitted to relevant authorities for permits and utilized by the construction team to ensure design accuracy and structural integrity during the build phase. You will ensure that all 3D models are updated regularly to reflect the latest project requirements and design changes, maintaining seamless coordination across the workflow. Tanggung Jawab
- Construct detailed and accurate 3D models using industry-standard BIM software.
- Prepare and review shop drawings for submission to authorities and construction teams.
- Update and maintain 3D models to align with evolving project specifications and design changes.
- Ensure all models and drawings adhere to local building codes and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts and ensure model consistency.
- Generate detailed construction documentation to facilitate the installation and execution of building elements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling, specifically using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and documentation standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as a freelancer.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and authority submission requirements.
