- Source and attract global talent through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking platforms
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for specialized roles across international markets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and improve recruitment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international recruitment laws and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with global or multinational companies
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and executive roles
- Strong proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and cross-cultural competency
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., CTS, CIPD) preferred
