- Participate in product testing and quality assurance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
- Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
- Document manufacturing processes and procedures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Recent graduate or graduating within the next 6 months
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software and engineering drawing
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
