Tanggung Jawab
- Lead translation of HR business requirements into scalable data solutions and analytics frameworks
- Manage end-to-end delivery of HR analytics projects including data collection, modeling, and visualization
- Mentor and develop a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for workforce analytics
- Implement data governance standards to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR datasets
- Present analytical insights to senior leadership to support strategic HR initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends in HR analytics and emerging data technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with HRIS systems and workforce data modeling
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex analytics initiatives
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in HR analytics or data science preferred
