- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings and candidate screening
- Support employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
