Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures efficiently
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll-related documentation
- Support HR compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or related role
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
