Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Handle employee relations, including addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as office management, inventory control, and vendor coordination
  • Process payroll, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Provide accounts support including invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial monitoring as required

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration with basic accounting exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
