Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle documentation, contracts, and personnel files with meticulous attention to regulatory compliance
- Coordinate Mandarin-language recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
- Execute payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and social security contributions with precision
- Develop and maintain HR databases and digital filing systems ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Facilitate onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new hires across multiple departments
- Administer leave management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations support
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze staffing needs and support talent development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken) with professional certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience with Indonesian labor law expertise
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Cross-cultural communication abilities with experience in multinational environments
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is highly desirable
