Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and social security contributions with precision

Kualifikasi

  • Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken) with professional certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience with Indonesian labor law expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and MS Office Suite
