Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Process HR documentation including contracts, permits, and compliance paperwork
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Prepare HR reports and maintain regulatory compliance records
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve HR-related inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR administration experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
