Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate employee relations activities including conflict resolution and policy implementation
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination
  • Organize employee training programs and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
