Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate employee relations activities including conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination
- Organize employee training programs and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data management
- Problem-solving skills with proactive approach
