- Conduct comprehensive manpower costing analysis and budget forecasting
- Design, develop, and maintain automated HR reporting dashboards
- Identify process improvement opportunities through HR data mining
- Analyze workforce trends to support talent strategy development
- Prepare executive-level HR analytics presentations for leadership
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and reporting systems
- Collaborate with HRBP teams on data-driven workforce planning
- Implement KPI tracking frameworks for HR initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Minimum 2 years HR analytics or reporting experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
