Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Handle payroll administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate staff meetings and prepare necessary meeting minutes.
- Support employee relations initiatives and answer general HR inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or Executive role.
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
