- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation to facilitate smooth integration
- Maintain HR documentation systems and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Handle employee relations inquiries and mediate workplace conflicts
- Coordinate performance management initiatives and training programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- CHRP certification or SHRM-CP preferred
