Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to identify organizational development needs and strategic HR initiatives.
- Design and execute the company-wide Learning & Development (L&D) roadmap and curriculum.
- Conduct training needs analysis and deliver impactful training workshops and seminars.
- Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with HR operations to streamline onboarding and employee retention processes.
- Implement and refine performance management systems aligned with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or L&D Specialist (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in HRIS, performance management software, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a strong advantage.
