In this pivotal role, you will own the training roadmap, design comprehensive development programs, and utilize data analytics to boost employee performance across the organization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with department heads to identify organizational development needs and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Design and execute the company-wide Learning & Development (L&D) roadmap and curriculum.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and deliver impactful training workshops and seminars.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness and drive performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with HR operations to streamline onboarding and employee retention processes.
  • Implement and refine performance management systems aligned with business objectives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or L&D Specialist (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, performance management software, and basic data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a strong advantage.
