Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct thorough impartial investigations into workplace complaints and misconduct
- Mediate disputes between employees and management to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies
- Develop and implement employee relations programs to improve workplace culture and engagement
- Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and employee management techniques
- Maintain confidential documentation of all employee relations activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with HR team on talent development initiatives and employee retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in employee relations or generalist HR role
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong investigative and analytical skills for evidence-based decision making
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR or Labor Relations (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
