Join Multi Mould Industries Sdn Bhd as an HR Executive and become the strategic bridge between management and employees. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role encompasses the full spectrum of human resources functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to training development and employee relations management.
As a key member of our HR team, you'll design and execute comprehensive training programs that enhance employee capabilities, ensuring our workforce remains competitive and skilled. You'll also manage critical HR processes including performance evaluations, compensation administration, and compliance with Malaysian labor regulations. The position requires proactive engagement with all levels of staff to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a harmonious work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
- Oversee employee relations activities including performance management and conflict resolution
- Design and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
- Administer HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and skill gaps
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and conducting employee training programs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
