Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Handle employee administration tasks including contracts, documentation, and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and best practices
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee workforce planning and talent development initiatives to support organizational growth
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate HR analytics
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
