Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and workplace satisfaction
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate professional development initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
- Ensure strict adherence to Singapore's Employment Act and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with recruitment specialization
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
