  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent

  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee HR administration including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate professional development initiatives
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure strict adherence to Singapore's Employment Act and company HR policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with recruitment specialization
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
