Horizon Auto Services Inc is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team in Cebu. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for our employees.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting orientation.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, handle inquiries, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration for all staff members.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Assistant role.
- Strong working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
