Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR information systems
  • Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience with focus on compensation, benefits, and recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
