Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR information systems
- Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate onboarding processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience with focus on compensation, benefits, and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office applications
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
