Develop critical skills in stakeholder communication, process optimization, and HR analytics while contributing to employee engagement programs and policy implementations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist with employee onboarding documentation, background checks, and orientation preparation
  • Manage HRIS data entry, employee records maintenance, and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to HR analytics projects including workforce metrics and reporting dashboards
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns
  • Support policy implementation and compliance audits across APAC markets
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks including leave processing and benefits administration

Kualifikasi

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws
