Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Help organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and labor laws to support the HR department.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
