Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational growth.
- Manage workforce planning and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct effective performance appraisals and identify training and development needs.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, advising on HR-related matters to drive business performance.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex HR issues and maintain employee morale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Lead or Manager, preferably in a contract or project-based role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
