Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational growth.
  • Manage workforce planning and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct effective performance appraisals and identify training and development needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, advising on HR-related matters to drive business performance.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve complex HR issues and maintain employee morale.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Lead or Manager, preferably in a contract or project-based role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
