- Develop and execute plant-specific HR strategies aligned with business objectives and manufacturing needs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years HR experience with 3+ years in manufacturing plant environments
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
- Expertise in Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven HR decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
